Full-cycle software engineer (Dev & DevOps), 6+ years of experience. I design, ship and run software: from an embedded JVM at major industrial accounts to an application used by every court in France. I migrate, secure and automate delivery (Kubernetes, CI/CD), and I code in Java, Go and Rust. I am looking for a versatile team where I stay hands-on with both the code and production.

Oct 2022 – Apr 2025
Software & DevOps Engineer · Sopra Steria – French Ministry of Justice
Took over maintenance and development of the Justice.fr, Monespacejustice and Portalis portals, used by every court in France; team of 1 to 9 people.
- Technical point of contact for the Kubernetes (OpenShift) migration of 15+ microservices (team of 5): deployments cut from 2+ hours of manual work (Portalis V2) to 5 to 15 min, fully automated; better availability, fewer incidents; cloud migration cost estimation.
- Level 3 support for Justice.fr and Portalis V2, level 2 assistance on Portalis V3: called in on incidents and production releases to diagnose and restore service.
- Security: implemented mTLS between microservices and with partners, upgraded obsolete components, tracked and remediated CVEs.
- Migrated the platform from Spring 2 to Spring 3 and from Java 11 to 17.
- Built the first version of the partner portal (courts and lawyers) in an autonomous 9-person squad (7 developers, 2 business analysts), within 4 squads (scaled agile, SAFe).
- Took over maintenance of Justice.fr (Drupal 7) on my own, mentored a junior developer and interns; trained the client's level-2 support team in Paris; wrote the technical architecture document and the integration guide.

DevOps Engineer · MicroEJ
Sole DevOps engineer in the company, working with the only sysadmin; embedded with development teams as needed.
- Designed a reusable CI/CD framework (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to integrate the proprietary JVM at Thales, Groupe SEB and Decathlon.
- Set up hardware CI: automated tests on physical test benches (Docker, Jenkins) to validate library ports across 10+ hardware platforms.
- Developed internal tools and libraries (C, Java, Ivy) and an application for Groupe SEB.
- Evaluated the integration of Thales Sentinel for license management.

Full-stack Developer (apprenticeship) · Sopra Steria – SNCF Voyage
Several successive projects; team of 8 to 12 people when I joined.
- Built the rail-traffic supervision applications used by the SNCF operations centers, with a few hundred operators (Java, Spring, AngularJS, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Contributed to the migration from Java 8/JBoss to Java 11/Spring Boot (team of 10 to 12 people) and automated deployments (Jenkins, Ansible, Docker).
- Delivered proofs of concept and data-flow mapping tools (ElasticSearch, Neo4j, Node.js).
